We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Team Lead to join our team at KA Recruiting Inc. in rural northern Oregon.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position working on a day shift with occasional call requirements. As a Laboratory Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of laboratory professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of laboratory services.

What We're Looking For
  • A bachelor's degree in chemical, physical, biological, or laboratory science or medical technology.
  • At least 4 years of general lab experience in high complexity testing, with 2 years of full-time acceptable clinical laboratory experience in chemistry/immunoassay, hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, blood banking, serology, microbiology, and/or clinical microscopy within the past 5 years.
  • ASCP certification or equivalent.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality laboratory services.

This position offers a competitive salary estimated to be around $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, and benefits that include opportunities for professional growth and development.
