Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers as they arrive on the lot, guiding them through the sales process.
  • Help customers identify a vehicle that aligns with their needs using our current inventory.
  • Enhance the sales experience by showcasing vehicle features on the lot.
  • Support customers in completing their sales applications.
  • Collaborate with management to boost sales by inspecting vehicles daily and reporting any issues.
  • Assist in ensuring the lot is properly organized to maximize sales opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Enthusiastic and energetic throughout the sales day.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor, particularly when addressing customer concerns.
  • Strong customer service skills and a proven sales record.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both in person and over the phone.
  • Persuasive and capable of addressing customer objections during the sales process.
  • Basic proficiency in business mathematics, including percentages.
  • Able to learn and utilize basic Microsoft Office, accounting software, and proprietary sales tools.
  • Persistent, competitive, and possessing a strong work ethic.
  • Focus on customer needs to enhance dealership and personal sales.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of vehicles.
