About the Role
This Clinical Team Lead position plays a pivotal role in providing comprehensive care to pregnant and postpartum women with substance use disorders at our South Eastern Family Project location. As a leader in this field, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supervising line staff. Your role will also involve conducting eligibility screenings, training new staff members, evaluating work performance, and monitoring client behaviors while prioritizing their overall well-being.

Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee clinical records and documentation
* Ensure compliance with regulations and standards
* Provide clinical supervision and support to line staff
* Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual clients' needs
* Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure quality care
* Collaborate with external agencies to coordinate services and promote holistic care

Requirements
* Master's degree in human services or a related field
* At least two years of experience working with clients with substance use disorders or severe mental illness, including prior supervisory experience
* Certification as a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) with the Virginia Board of Counseling or eligibility for CSAC Supervision Approval within 30 days of employment
* Registration with the Board of Counseling as a QMHP-A to practice in this role
* Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, adept problem-solving capabilities, and a compassionate approach to client care
