Job Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Leadership: Provide strategic clinical leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents and patients across various settings.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of clinicians to promote collaboration, communication, and excellence in patient care.
  • Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
  • Education and Training: Design and deliver educational programs to enhance clinician skills and knowledge.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of clinical experience, preferably in geriatrics or primary care.
  • Certifications: Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics.
  • Licensure: Active, unrestricted medical licensure in the state of employment.
