Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our facility maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our retail environment. This includes performing routine cleaning tasks, maintaining equipment, and responding to spills and other safety hazards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
• Respond to spills and other safety hazards in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working order, including floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and unclogging drains.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

Additional Compensation:

• Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
