Key Responsibilities:

* Lead by example in owning operational executive relationships with key customers, partners, and internal contacts.
* Ensure customers recognize planned value, manage potential issues, and expand relationships for cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
* Identify and influence key customer stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction with agreed-upon objectives and outcomes.
* Collect feedback to identify customer patterns, pain points, and expectations, prioritizing resource efforts accordingly.
* Guide the team in mobilizing resources, supporting customer adoption, and delivering and articulating customer value for business growth.

Requirements:

* 3+ years relevant work experience within customer industry
* 3+ years people management experience
* Business level fluency to read, write and speak English
* Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree
