Position Overview:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be instrumental in steering various construction projects from start to finish. Your project management expertise, leadership capabilities, and construction acumen will be vital in achieving successful project outcomes while ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage multiple construction projects concurrently, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate effective project coordination.
  • Establish and uphold project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and resolving any issues or deviations from the plan.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing consistent updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify that work aligns with specifications, safety standards, and regulations.
  • Encourage a collaborative and productive work atmosphere, mentoring and supporting team members as necessary.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in the construction sector, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, techniques, and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt to evolving circumstances.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is advantageous.
