Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving project success from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and implement project execution plans, ensuring smooth delivery and strategic decision-making.
  • Understand client needs thoroughly and align project decisions with customer expectations to enhance the overall construction experience.
  • Provide oversight to project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring adherence to company standards in project management and accounting.
  • Maintain an ongoing understanding of project status regarding profit, quality, and schedule, ensuring all aspects are aligned for success.
  • Cultivate a positive and engaged project culture, ensuring all team members are aligned and motivated.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of project management experience, including 2-3 years of leadership and team oversight.
  • Bachelor's degree in building construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and proactively address issues.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to see the big picture while focusing on details.
  • Technologically savvy, with experience in construction management software.
