Senior Superintendent Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Superintendent to join our team at Michael Page. As a Senior Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate construction activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of relevant construction experience, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Construction Management degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of construction software and processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
