  • Case Management: Monitor case developments, track deadlines, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of reports, records, and other relevant materials.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with multiple parties involved in litigation, including attorneys, clients, and witnesses.
  • Document Preparation and Organization: Prepare and organize documents for case preparation, including exhibits, witness statements, and trial briefs.
  • Witness Preparation: Prepare witnesses for trial, including coaching on testimony and evidence.
  • Exhibit Organization: Organize exhibits during hearings, including setting up and maintaining exhibit tables.
  • Document Filing: File legal documents with the court, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Deadline Management: Manage deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

  • Education: Associate degree, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
  • Certification: ABA-approved paralegal certification.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, resourceful research skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Team Player: Team player with a drive for excellence and experience in UCC law, bankruptcy law, collections law, and real estate law a plus.
