Job Description

Enara Law PLLC is seeking a skilled Attorney to support our business law firm's civil litigation practices. This role is a hybrid position, primarily performed remotely, with occasional in-person meetings and court hearings required.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in all aspects of general civil litigation in both federal and state courts. Previous experience in civil litigation, including discovery, ADR, and trial, is highly desirable.

Key Qualifications:

  • Licensed to practice law and in good standing in Arizona; preference for attorneys barred in multiple jurisdictions

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting litigation pleadings, including complaints, answers, and motions
  • Engaging in litigation trial support, including discovery requests and depositions
  • Working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines
  • Displaying the highest level of ethical conduct and integrity
  • Collaborating with colleagues as a team player

The position offers a fully remote work arrangement, with occasional in-person team meetings and gatherings in the greater Phoenix area. In-person attendance at court hearings, ADR proceedings, and depositions is required, if mandated by court.
