Job Title: Head Start Coach and Education Facilitator

Elite School Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Start Coach and Education Facilitator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for mentoring and coaching teachers in the Head Start program, with a focus on birth to five education and family support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Model lessons in classrooms and provide coaching to teachers on effective instructional strategies.
  • Support the development of teachers' skills in understanding the HighScope curriculum and assessments.
  • Build strong relationships with teachers, administrators, and other coaches to ensure effective program implementation.
  • Provide direction and coordination for curriculum implementation and recognized best practices.
  • Assist teachers with resources, materials, and information to support classroom instruction and planning.
  • Support teachers in using data to improve instruction and student outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Masters in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • PQA reliable assessor certification.
  • Formal training in curriculum, screening, and assessment tools (HighScope, ASQ, COR).
  • HighScope Certified preferred.
