Fleet Maintenance Technician

Frito-Lay is seeking a skilled Fleet Technician to join our team. As a Fleet Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet vehicles, ensuring they are safe and reliable for our drivers.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and repair fleet vehicles, including diagnosing mechanical issues and performing repairs
- Manage parts inventory and charge parts and labor to work orders
- Assist entry-level mechanics with difficult repairs and provide guidance and training as needed
- Interact with Frito-Lay drivers, vendors, and other team members to ensure smooth operations
- 5 years of previous technical experience with Class 8, Commercial Tractors and Trailers
- Air Brake Systems Certification
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot repairs using diagnostic systems
- Ability to work in tight spaces for extended periods and lift 50 pounds or more
