Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team at CH Recruitment Solutions.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive care to patients in long-term care facilities, working closely with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care services, including comprehensive health assessments and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for seamless coordination of care.
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat residents' physical and mental well-being.
  • Prescribe medications and administer treatments as needed.
  • Develop accurate diagnoses and treatment plans, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Commitment to person-centered care, creating a safe and nurturing environment for elderly residents.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Nurse Practitioner License.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on patient experience as an NP/PA (Highly preferred).
  • A DEA License.
  • 6 months experience in long-term care.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
