About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the Family Health Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality primary and behavioral healthcare services to patients of all ages.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families by delivering excellent care and promoting healthy lifestyles.
Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive primary and behavioral healthcare services to patients of all ages.
- Conduct thorough examinations, diagnoses, and treatments within your scope of practice.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on health status and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate medical records and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals.
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A graduate degree from an accredited Advanced Practice Registered Nursing (APRN) program.
- A valid nursing license in the State of Indiana.
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong commitment to patient-centered care and ongoing professional development.
