About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Loft Oak Park Mall. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, shaping a strong store culture, and nurturing relationships with customers and associates.

- Use technology to provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.
- Support the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and developing talent.
- Use tools and reporting to drive operational excellence and financial discipline.
- Build productive relationships by listening, sharing ideas, and supporting the team.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year retail management experience (preferred)
- Brings a hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates
- Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
- Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results
- Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions
