Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Overland Park Regional Medical Center as part of our Women's Float Pool. This is a unique opportunity for a nurse to work in a variety of settings within Women's Services, including Mother Baby, NICU, Labor & Delivery/Antepartum, Pediatrics, and Women's Surgery.

About the Role

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing patient care under the direction of the Nurse Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality care to patients and their families.

Key Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
  • Current licensure as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license
  • BLS certification required upon hire, with NRP and ACLS certifications required within 1 month of hire
  • Previous clinical experience in at least two of the five areas served by Women's Services Float Pool
