Position Details

  • Full-time hospital employed position
  • Diabetes Education located within the same clinic space
  • Open to 4 or 5 day work week schedules
  • Equipment in Practice: A1C machines, ultrasound machine for Fine Needle Aspirations performed in office
  • EPIC Smart Rooms
  • Family Medicine Residents and Medical Students on site

Compensation Details
