Job Overview

Position Purpose: The Office Operations Manager is tasked with ensuring the seamless and effective functioning of the administrative operations. This role encompasses a range of clerical and administrative responsibilities aimed at delivering timely and precise information to our clientele. The Office Operations Manager is crucial in fostering a supportive and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the administrative team, including recruitment, performance evaluation, and staff retention initiatives.
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of all services offered.
  • Handle customer requests and orders efficiently.
  • Maintain excellent customer relations through attentive service.
  • Oversee the management of incoming documentation.
  • Coordinate with the Dispatch team as necessary.
  • Support the Vice President in administrative tasks.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Promote a positive and productive workplace culture.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with various software applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Skills: Proficient verbal and listening abilities, adept problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
