Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CAD/AVL systems
  • Develop and implement solutions to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement new products and upgrades

  • Manage maintenance agreements and ensure timely resolution of issues
Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Windows and applications
  • SQL Server and/or ORACLE database experience preferred

  • Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the Public Transportation Industry
  • Experience with CAD/AVL systems
