Principal Engineer for Additive Manufacturing Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Engineer for Additive Manufacturing Strategy to join our team at RTX. As a key member of our Power & Controls business unit, you will play a critical role in developing and executing our additive manufacturing strategy to drive business growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage projects to improve manufacturing productivity through standardization, advanced methods, tools, and processes.
- Collaborate with manufacturing sites to provide technical support for factory operations and design teams.
- Champion a customer-centric culture and develop strategies to align the manufacturing engineering team with business objectives.
- Define and provide oversight of development activities for R&D teams within Collins & RTX.
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
