Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM. This is a part-time role, limited to 30 hours weekly.

Key Information:

A high school diploma or GED is mandatory. The candidate should demonstrate strong collaboration skills across various organizational levels, effectively understanding and communicating requirements.

Proficiency in typing, Microsoft Office applications, and organizational abilities is essential.

Compensation:
Hourly wage up to $23.38, contingent on experience. Additional local incentives may include an extra week of pay, referral bonuses, and more.

Role Overview: The Sales Support Associate is tasked with coordinating, ordering, tracking, and ensuring the delivery of Point of Sale materials, racks, merchandisers, and coupons to sales centers.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist management in maintaining and enhancing the facility's Integrated Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, Coca-Cola North America guidelines, and legal regulations.
  • Organize and manage documentation within the database, ensuring completed records are filed appropriately.
  • Support management in following up on outstanding action items.
  • Facilitate communication across various organizational levels to ensure compliance with management systems and regulatory requirements.
  • Schedule and assist in internal audit activities, including interviewing associates and supervisors for compliance with management systems.
  • Generate reports related to internal audits, gap assessments, good manufacturing practices inspections, employee training, and other relevant data.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations by gathering data from different departments within the facility.
  • Assist in organizing facility events such as luncheons and celebrations, promoting company goals and enhancing associate engagement.
  • Maintain an 'audit-ready' culture by ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and maintain inventory levels of standard graphic POS materials.
  • Coordinate requests for generic and local POS and rack orders, notifying requestors upon receipt.
  • Track inter-branch transfers of POS materials and ensure proper documentation.
  • Manage the distribution of POS by sales route and produce monthly inventory reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the POS Specialist.

Qualifications: A high school diploma or GED is required. The candidate must possess strong collaboration skills, effective communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Creativity in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are crucial. The candidate should be capable of standing or sitting for extended periods. Familiarity with ETQ Systems is advantageous.
