Project Coordinator Job Description

At MN International Enterprises LLC, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, design, architecture, or engineering, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, designers, and contractors, to ensure project success.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working in construction, design, architecture, engineering, or related field.
  • Healthcare, Medical or Life Sciences construction project experience is a must.
  • Organized, with great attention to detail.
  • Well-versed in Excel and all MS Office Programs.
  • Strong and proactive communication (written, phone, and in person).
  • Ability to work well with colleagues, subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, and the community.
