We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Jobot, a leader in the construction industry.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned project manager to lead large-scale construction projects, exceeding $1 million in value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Collaborate with state and local governmental agencies, as well as project stakeholders.
  • Utilize project management software to track progress and make informed decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects, including those in the petroleum and fueling facilities sector.
  • Strong understanding of project management software and methodologies.
  • Ability to work effectively with state and local governmental agencies.
  • Local to the Laurel, MD region or willing to relocate.
