  • Representing Brett/Robinson: Serve as a representative of our company, displaying courtesy, tact, consideration, and discretion in all interactions with employees, owners, guests, and the community.
  • Customer Care: Provide top-notch customer service to our guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reservations and Guest Services: Receive and process guest reservations, providing information on available accommodations, pricing, and policies. Offer recommendations on local attractions and services to enhance the guest experience.
  • Payment and Refunds: Process payments and handle refunds in accordance with company policies.
  • Audits and Quality Control: Perform daily audits to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of your work.
  • Team Collaboration: Attend departmental meetings and participate in team discussions to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of our business.
