Job Overview

The Insurance Business Development Associate role at Tracy Haus - State Farm Agent is an exciting opportunity for a sales-minded professional to grow their career while making a meaningful impact on customers' lives.

As an Account Associate, you will be the key liaison between customer needs and agency departments, proactively marketing relevant products and services to improve customers' experiences.

You will have the chance to manage client accounts, process insurance claims, and assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and update account information in our database.
  • Assist clients with policy changes and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status to ensure seamless communication.
  • Collaborate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance and delivery of excellent customer service.
Benefits and Requirements:

This role offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also enjoy benefits such as license reimbursement, 401(k), bonus opportunities based on performance, flexible schedule, health insurance, paid time off, and training & development opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field is preferred but not required.
