Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct expert troubleshooting, installation, routine upkeep, and repair of mechanical manufacturing machinery.

  • Oversee mechanical piping operations within the facility.
  • Exhibit knowledge of welding techniques including stick, TIG, and MIG.

  • Execute alignment tasks for rotating machinery.
  • Possess a foundational understanding of electrical systems to assist the Electrical Maintenance Technician.
  • Ensure that facilities and grounds are maintained in a clean, organized, and efficient manner.
  • Demonstrate project management capabilities and participate in facility projects as required.
  • Support process operators when necessary.
  • Assist the Maintenance Manager in managing parts inventory.
  • Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Complete all assignments given by the Maintenance Engineer.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all records and company information.
  • Promote and support all company safety, health, environmental, and quality initiatives.
  • Uphold a high standard of service and work performance while fostering a collaborative team environment that encourages innovative problem-solving and shared learning.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Technical degree or certification in a related mechanical field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance operations is necessary.
  • Experience in industrial or process maintenance is required.
  • Proficiency in mechanical systems, piping, welding, and hydraulics.
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication, organizational, time-management, and troubleshooting abilities.
