Responsibilities include maintaining proficiency in technical procedures, such as venipuncture and capillary puncture on patients of all ages. You will assist with clerical duties within the department, perform required function verification of equipment, and communicate effectively with other allied health professionals and patients according to job requirements. Testing will be conducted in clinical lab departments as assigned, adhering to the policies and procedures of those departments.

Qualifications include a High School Graduate / GED, or relevant work experience in lieu of a degree, or an Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree. MT (ASCP), MLT, or specialty certification, or eligibility for registry is preferred, or equivalent expertise in the clinical laboratory field.
A preference for 1-2 years of clinical laboratory experience is noted.
