Investment Group Support Coordinator

As a critical member of our Investment Group, you will provide exceptional support to our Investment Managers in one of our equities business units. With a strong background in administration and a keen eye for detail, you will be responsible for coordinating complex calendars, preparing documents for meetings, and making travel arrangements. Your ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing circumstances will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to Investment Managers, including calendar management, document preparation, and travel coordination
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, senior leaders, and external partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve processes and procedures
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of administrative experience supporting multiple executives and senior leaders simultaneously
  • Financial services industry experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
