Carmel Partners is a leading specialist in real estate investment management, with expertise in the investment, development, and construction of multifamily properties. We're seeking an experienced Investment Relations Expert to join our San Francisco Corporate Office.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will support the daily operations of our Investor Relations team, including IR communications management, data reconciliation, integrity checks, and handling ad-hoc investor requests. This role will also involve developing marketing materials, producing analytics in Excel and PowerPoint, and assisting with responding to industry database questionnaires.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Daily Operations: Manage the IR group inbox, coordinate list administration, and ensure timely responses to investor inquiries.
  • Develop Marketing Materials: Create pitch books, PPM, DDQ, investor conference slides, and other materials, working closely with various teams across the organization.
  • Graphic Design and Analytics: Develop graphics and produce analytics in Excel and PowerPoint to support investor relations efforts.
  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity in the CRM (Juniper Square) and repository database, manage analytics and reporting, and update contact information and wire instruction records.
  • Event Planning: Collaborate with the IR team to plan and execute annual AGM conferences, Mid-Year Investor Calls, and other IR-related events.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, such as calendaring, scheduling, and data input, which comprise approximately 10% of the role's responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or economics.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1+ years' experience in investment management and/or the real estate industry, with a focus on investor relations or business development.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to distill complex topics into concise formats; strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Personal Qualities: Attention to detail, thoroughness, and a commitment to excellence and high integrity.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive compensation package, with a base salary range of $95,000 - $100,000, plus a bonus incentive. Total compensation for this role includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth and professional development.
