POSITION SUMMARY

Digital Position, LLC is a dynamic and innovative marketing agency operating in a fully remote environment. We are looking for a proactive PPC Account Lead to oversee paid media campaigns, formulate strategies, conduct tests, analyze performance metrics, implement enhancements, and manage daily operations. The role encompasses various channels, including paid search, display advertising, video, contextual ads, retargeting, and social media marketing. Your time will be allocated as follows: 25% for client communication, 40% for expanding existing channels, 20% for developing new strategies and channels, and 15% for contributing to the growth of Digital Position or refining our processes. A solid grasp of the conversion funnel and marketing best practices is essential for success in this position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish budgets and CPA limits for all campaigns
  • Optimize and create campaigns, including keyword targets and ad copy
  • Develop, manage, and enhance retargeting efforts
  • Identify and implement new opportunities in search, social media, lead generation, and display advertising
  • Provide constructive feedback to clients regarding landing pages
  • Conduct A/B testing across various channels
  • Analyze and interpret results for clients, outlining steps for ongoing improvement
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure that the paid acquisition strategy supports and enhances all marketing initiatives

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

1-3+ years of experience in:

  • Managing monthly budgets exceeding $50k
  • Search engine marketing (Google Ads, Microsoft)
  • Retargeting strategies (Google, Facebook)
  • Keyword research (SEMRush)
  • Social media advertising (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest)
  • Video advertising (YouTube)
  • Shopping feed optimization and management
  • Google Analytics

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven track record of achieving results by meeting or surpassing client objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale paid traffic while adhering to CPA targets.
  • Understanding of the interplay between paid and organic traffic.
  • Ability to analyze demographics to maximize client marketing ROI.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple brands and projects.
  • Experience in effectively leading a small team.
  • Proficient in creating detailed Excel reports using pivot tables, vlookups, hlookups, macros, etc.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to changing environments and focus on results.
  • Understanding of conversion tracking and optimal setup methods.
  • Familiarity with Shopify is a plus.
  • Google AdWords/Analytics Certification preferred.

Your compensation will be determined based on various factors, including knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
