Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Home-Based Therapist to join our team at Monarch Staffing Solutions LLC. As a Home-Based Therapist, you will work with children and families to provide mental health services in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide individual and family therapy sessions, as well as behavioral training and intervention
  • Collaborate with other service providers to ensure comprehensive care
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
  • Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments, as indicated
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain knowledge of agency policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy
  • State licensure: Limited-Licensed Master's Social Worker (LLMSW), Licensed Master's Social Worker (LMSW), Limited-Licensed Professional Counselor (LLPC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Limited-Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LLMFT), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Temporary Limited-License Psychologist (TLLP), OR Limited-Licensed Psychologist (LLP)
  • Valid and unrestricted Michigan Driver's License
  • Reliable transportation and current proof of auto insurance
  • Two years of clinical experience in individual and group psychotherapy using cognitive behavioral techniques under clinical supervision
  • Prior experience working with all age groups, including children, and solution-focused brief therapy
Preferred Qualifications

  • One year of clinical experience in individual and group psychotherapy using cognitive behavioral techniques under clinical supervision
  • One year of master-level experience in the examination, evaluation, and treatment of children with severe emotional disturbance
