Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Home-Based Therapist to join our team at Monarch Staffing Solutions LLC. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide essential mental health services to children and families in their homes, promoting healing, growth, and stability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans to address their unique challenges.
  • Therapeutic Interventions: Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and family therapy, to promote positive change and improve mental health outcomes.
  • Crisis Intervention: Respond to crisis situations with empathy and expertise, providing timely and effective support to clients and their families.
  • Case Management: Coordinate services and resources to ensure seamless support for clients, including referrals to community-based services and resources.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education and Licensure: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy, with relevant state licensure (e.g., LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, LLMFT, LMFT, TLLP, or LLP).
  • Experience: Two years of clinical experience in individual and group psychotherapy, with a focus on cognitive behavioral techniques and working with children and families.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including children, families, and community-based service providers.
  • Other: Valid and unrestricted Michigan driver's license, reliable transportation, and current proof of auto insurance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Additional Experience: One year of clinical experience in individual and group psychotherapy, with a focus on cognitive behavioral techniques and working with children and families.
  • Master's Level Experience: One year of master's level experience in the examination, evaluation, and treatment of children with severe emotional disturbance.
