Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Home-Based Therapist to join our team at Monarch Staffing Solutions LLC. As a Home-Based Therapist, you will work with children and families to provide mental health services in the comfort of their own homes.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-home family and individual therapy, behavioral training and intervention, and case management services to children and families.
  • Assess client needs and develop person-centered plans to address those needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Provide crisis intervention and complete risk assessments as indicated.
  • Participate in the 24-hour rotational on-call crisis schedule.
  • Meet productivity standards and maintain a utilization review score of 85% or higher.
  • Stay up-to-date with clinical knowledge and best practices through ongoing training and education.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • State licensure: Limited-Licensed Master's Social Worker (LLMSW), Licensed Master's Social Worker (LMSW), Limited-Licensed Professional Counselor (LLPC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Limited-Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LLMFT), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Temporary Limited-License Psychologist (TLLP), OR Limited-Licensed Psychologist (LLP).
  • Valid and unrestricted Michigan Driver's License.
  • Reliable transportation and current proof of auto insurance.
  • Two years of clinical experience in individual and group psychotherapy using cognitive behavioral techniques under clinical supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with children and families.
  • One year of clinical experience in individual and group psychotherapy using cognitive behavioral techniques under clinical supervision.
  • One year of master-level experience in the examination, evaluation, and treatment of children with severe emotional disturbance.
