About the Role

Eaton's Engineering Service & Systems Division is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering technical solutions to our customers and ensuring the highest level of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on assigned projects for electrical equipment, including troubleshooting, testing, and maintenance.
  • Deliver technical solutions to customers, including generating timely and accurate service reports.
  • Perform complex engineering assignments, including equipment or product design, testing of materials, process studies, or research investigations.
  • Display proficiency in test equipment operation, troubleshooting techniques, protective relays, power quality measurements, disaster recovery, rotating machinery, and protection & control design.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent or higher with minimum 2 years of electrical or mechanical industry experience.
  • Must be able to work in the US without corporate sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, electrical or general contractor's license, professional engineering license, and experience in testing, troubleshooting, evaluating, and servicing electrical distribution and control systems.
