Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and Filing of Tax Returns: Prepare and file all income and property tax returns for multiple entities and countries, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Tax Provision: Provide tax provision both quarterly and annually, ensuring proper recognition of the effects of income taxes on the company financial statements under US GAAP.
  • Financial Statement Analysis: Ensure proper recognition of the effects of income taxes on the company financial statements under US GAAP.
  • Additional Tax Duties: Perform additional tax duties as required by the department and company.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant and applicable taxation experience.
  • Leadership Experience: 2+ years leading an accounting team preferred.
Education
  • Qualifications: Masters degree in taxation from an accredited institution.
  • Professional Certifications: Active CPA highly desired.
Skills
  • Tax Knowledge: Working knowledge of ASC 740 required.
  • ERP Experience: SAP or other Tier 1 ERP experience required.
  • Communication Skills: Comfortable commuting to on-site location in the Tukwila area 4 times per week.
  • Financial Acumen: In-depth understanding of U.S. GAAP.
  • Global Taxation: Multi-entity and/or multi-country taxation experience required.
