The role of the Residential Service Provider is to deliver essential support to those experiencing mental health challenges. This position requires a strong understanding of effective safety and security practices to ensure the well-being of both clients and staff members.
Incentive: $500 Sign-on Bonus
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (mandatory)
- Valid Driver's License (mandatory)
- Preferred: At least one year of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of clients at all times.
- Recognize behaviors, situations, or environmental factors that may compromise safety and security.
- Develop, execute, and assess both immediate and long-term strategies to foster a secure environment.
Additional benefits include paid overtime with shift differentials for evening and overnight shifts, as well as regular schedules that may include weekends and evenings.
