Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated RNs and LPNs to provide high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children in Covington, VA. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a sweet male pediatric patient in a 1:1 care setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
  • Collaborate with the patient's healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the patient's physician
  • Document patient progress and communicate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • RN/LPN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
  • Current CPR certification
