Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Specialist to join our team in our Pittsburgh office. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide high-level administrative support to our executive management and play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily office activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Administration
    • Oversee daily office operations and ensure the efficient functioning of all administrative tasks
    • Coordinate scheduling and set up meetings based on availability for internal and external stakeholders
    • Manage vendor relationships and maintain office supplies
  • HR and Recruiting Support
    • Assist HR and recruiting teams with candidate interviews, client coordination, and onboarding activities
  • Project Management
    • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner
  • Executive-Level Support

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years' experience supporting executives at a high level
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Experience assisting busy executives with day-to-day activities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and other process automation tools

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
