Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Executive Support Specialist to provide top-notch support to our CEO and executive leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing executive schedules, handling email correspondence, and preparing responses to routine inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage executive calendars, including travel arrangements, conference scheduling, and appointment setting.
  • Handle executive email correspondence and prepare responses to routine inquiries.
  • Develop and implement strategies for administrative and operational excellence.
  • Record meeting discussions and prepare meeting minutes.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or 3-5 years of experience.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Experience leading multiple administrative activities in several locations.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
