Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of operations management experience, with a proven track record of meeting financial and sales goals.
  • Licensure: Ability to become licensed as an administrator for assisted living within a prescribed timeframe in states requiring such a license.
  • Other: Valid driver's license, ability to drive Company vehicle, and compliance with Company motor vehicle policy standards and Travel Policy.
