Regional Truck Driver Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Regional Truck Driver to join our team at 21st Century Personnel. As a Regional Truck Driver, you will be responsible for hauling freight across the 4-state region of TX, OK, LA, and AR, with occasional trips to CO, IL, KS, or OH.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Haul freight across the 4-state region, with occasional trips to CO, IL, KS, or OH
* Operate a tractor-trailer combination vehicle, ensuring safe and timely delivery of goods
* Maintain accurate records of shipments, including delivery times and any issues encountered
* Collaborate with dispatchers to plan routes and ensure efficient delivery of goods

**Requirements:**

* 1 year OTR verifiable experience in the last 3 years
* Stable job history and fairly clean MVR
* No more than 4 jobs in the past 3 years

**Benefits:**

* Competitive pay, with a minimum weekly guarantee of $850
* Opportunities for bonuses, including a $2,000 new hire bonus and a $500 orientation bonus
