Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with 8+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a remote or virtual service-based environment. As our ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams, leveraging technology and tools to streamline workflows, and driving strategic growth.

  • Operational Leadership:
  • Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including team management, service delivery, and performance tracking.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams, including recruitment, sourcing, and pairing.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing work culture that aligns with company values.
  • Ensure staff training and professional development to maintain high service standards.
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define operational goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Analyze market trends and operational data to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Drive initiatives to improve client satisfaction, retention, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a remote or virtual service-based environment.
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of virtual staffing models, workforce management, and client service delivery.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in operational tools, CRM platforms, and project management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
