The Supply Chain Replenishment Specialist at Johanna Foods will act as a crucial link between our clients and internal departments. This role involves regular communication with both customers and various Johanna teams to ensure timely and complete order fulfillment while maintaining an open dialogue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for all store-level and distribution center replenishment processes, initiatives, and challenges.
  • Oversee the order fulfillment process.
  • Analyze weekly open order reports and communicate status updates to clients, including anticipated delays, shortages, and modifications.
  • Resolve order entry and processing issues to guarantee that orders are fulfilled accurately, punctually, and in accordance with customer specifications.
  • Create essential replenishment reports focusing on on-time in-full (OTIF) metrics, inventory days, and stock requirements.
  • Utilize specific account portals and reports to extract insights on supply strategies, order schedules, inventory status, and other pertinent data.
  • Examine business trends and performance metrics through customer-specific platforms.
  • Effectively use Johanna's proprietary order management system to monitor customer orders, historical data, and trends.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams at Johanna, including supply chain, production, and customer service departments.

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding organizational abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a capacity for professional and clear communication, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in data analysis.
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • A college degree is preferred.
