Cardiovascular Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Radiology Technologist RT(R)/Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist RCIS to join our Cardiovascular Catheterization Team at Hunterdon Health.

• Prepare the Catheterization Laboratory and equipment for procedures, maintain supply inventory, and ensure a clean environment of care.
• Function as scrub assistant during diagnostic, interventional, and all other procedures performed in the Cath Lab.
• Function as hemodynamic monitor and control room operator during procedures; provide accurate recordkeeping of procedures.
• Provide high-quality radiographic imaging, including quality assurance and radiation safety.
• Review documentation, including procedure orders and patient medical records; explain procedures, answer questions, and provide a high-quality patient experience.
• Maintain records of images, reports, equipment maintenance, and inventory control.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Graduate of Radiology Technology program, Registered Radiology Technologist through AART
• Minimum 1 year of experience; 2 or more years preferred
• Registered Radiology Technologist RT(R) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist RCIS or equivalent or registry eligible
• ACLS and BLS certifications
