Job Summary

Magna-Power Electronics, a leading manufacturer of electronics, is seeking a skilled Packaging Specialist to join its team. As a key member of the production team, the successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and packaging various products, including power supply units and parts, according to specifications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to read and interpret construction and engineering drawings. They will also be proficient in using hand tools, measuring and cutting materials, and assembling boxes, pallets, and crates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and package products according to specifications
  • Read and interpret construction and engineering drawings
  • Measure and cut materials using various tools
  • Assemble boxes, pallets, and crates
  • Perform quality control checks
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of experience in packaging and assembly
  • Good mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings
  • Proficient in using hand tools
