About the Role

Agility Robotics is a pioneer in the field of robotics, and we're seeking a highly experienced Director of Systems Engineering and Integration to lead our Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test teams. As a key member of our leadership team, you will collaborate closely with product, hardware, software, commercial, innovation, and manufacturing engineering teams to develop, validate, and deliver high-performance, industry-leading robots.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test teams to establish scalable systems engineering, integration, and testing frameworks.
  • Develop and manage systems architecture, requirements documentation, and specifications.
  • Champion systems engineering practices within Agility, driving a V-model approach to product development and ensuring adherence to robust systems engineering standards.
  • Build and maintain best-in-class systems engineering practices, developing processes, tools, and standards that scale with the company.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, production, operations, and commercial teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
About You

We're looking for a seasoned leader with a strong background in systems engineering and test for complex electromechanical systems. You should have a Bachelor's degree in an engineering/science/robotics field and at least 10 years of relevant experience. Additionally, you should have 5+ years of leadership experience in Hardware, Systems Engineering, and Test Engineering, with experience at the Director level or as a Senior Manager leading other managers.
