Business Development Center Representative Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers via inbound and outbound phone calls to inform them about our services and schedule appointments for the service department.
- Engage with internet service leads to turn them into satisfied customers.
- Implement retention and recall campaigns to ensure our valued customers remain loyal.
- Analyze declined operations and re-market them to maximize sales potential.
- Promote Toyota Care Plus Marketing initiatives to attract new customers.
- Prepare and write up repair orders (ROs) efficiently.
- Set up daily tasks for our Automotive Service Managers (ASMs).
- Review national service histories and provide critical insights.
- Assist ASMs in updating customers throughout the day and identifying potential sales opportunities.
