Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments
  • Experience with computer and peripherals setup and troubleshooting, including printers and scanners
  • Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs, ensuring data protection
  • Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions, enhancing user experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-player attitude, promoting collaboration and communication
Core Technical Skills
  • Windows 10/11, Server
  • MS Office, O365, Exchange/Outlook
  • Experience with IT Ticket system and IT Management system, with a plus for AutoTask and/or Kaseya
  • Active Directory Admin capabilities, including creating and deleting mailboxes and distribution lists
  • Networking gear, including routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Experience with Cisco and SonicWall, with a plus for spam filters and Mimecast
