Job Summary

Mother Lode Union School District is a dynamic educational institution located in the beautiful foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range.

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Indian Creek Elementary School.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide behavior intervention services to individuals with disabilities
  • Collaborate with instructional staff to implement behavior plans
  • Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
  • Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Current Registered Behavior Technician certification from a Behavior Analyst Certification Board (or in progress)
  • Clerical skills and computer experience
  • Minimum of two years of experience providing behavior intervention services to individuals with disabilities desired
  • Coursework in child development, child psychology, and/or education desired
  • Experience working in an instructional setting desired
Licenses and Other Requirements
  • Valid California Driver's License
  • Ability to pass the California Department of Justice fingerprint clearance
  • Current negative Tuberculosis test or ability to pass the Adult Tuberculosis Risk Assessment Questionnaire
